Summer Brochure 2019

25th Annual CER ​ Summer Band ​ Camp  JULY 2-AUGUST 1 (5 weeks)  This Summer program is for students who have completed grades 3-8. Emphasis will be on  good playing habits, proper practice techniques, music reading and rhythm skills - in a setting that is  educational, FUN and ACTIVE!! Group instruction is given twice per week and private instruction is  offered one day per week for an additional charge. The program will run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays  and Thursdays through July. A daytime recital and party will be held at the end of the camp where  the kids will have a chance to shine in front of friends and family! 

Instruments offered ​ (parents must provide instruments- RENTAL INFO ON BACK)  Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, and Percussion (Snare Drum)

5 WEEK BAND SESSIONS: $100

10:30-12:00 Tues. & Thurs. ​ ADVANCED & JAZZ ​ (PLAYED 2-3 YRS.)  12:30-2:00  Tues. & Thurs. ​ INTERMEDIATE ​ (PLAYED 1-2 YRS)  2:00-3:30  Tues. & Thurs. ​ BEGINNER ​ (NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE)  5 WEEK PRIVATE LESSONS: $110 ​ Tues./Th A.M. or Wednesdays July 2-August 1  1/2 hour lessons, once per week for 5 weeks.
